Take underwater High Definition video and still photos to a whole new level! One of the highlights of the trip. This was during the Mangrove Paddleboat River Tour in Sabang, Palawan, Philippines. This guide was a volunteer, and has dedicated her life to preserving this river.

The VPC-CA9 was awarded IPX8 certification (which requires the device to operate when fully submersed in water) based on JIS C 0920 waterproofing guidelines. Also, thanks to the reverse sequential shooting function, there's less chance of missing a photo opportunity. This function continues to load images as long as the Photo button is kept pressed down, and once your finger is released, the most recently loaded images are recorded onto the SD card.....Thanks to the ISO-standard MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format, video files are as easy to handle as photo images shot with a regular digital camera.
